AI tutorial-video studio · by Wolf Software Systems

It learns your software.
Then it makes the videos.

Point WolfTutor at your web app. It logs in, explores it screen by screen, works out the click‑paths, writes the narration — and renders a complete tutorial library. On average, about thirty videos per application. Narrated, captioned, transcribed.

01 How it works

Learn

It explores your app like a new user

The agent logs into a demo account you provide and works through your application screen by screen, mapping the click-paths that matter — never on production, never touching real data.

Write

It writes the storyboard and narration

Every video starts as a replayable script: the exact clicks, and plain-English narration to go with them. You review and approve the plan before anything is recorded.

Render

It renders the whole library

Real screen recordings with neural-voice narration, burned-in captions, poster frames and full text transcripts — ready for your help centre, onboarding emails and YouTube.

02 Real libraries it has generated

We use WolfTutor on our own products. Judge the output yourself — every video below was explored, written, narrated and rendered by the engine.

03 Every video ships as a bundle

04 Pay per video, not per guess

Every app is different, so the analysis comes first: the engine surveys your application and proposes the full list. You only ever pay for the videos your app actually needs.

05 Built by people who run production systems

Demo logins only

Recording runs on a demo or staging account you provide — never your production admin, never real customer data.

Credentials encrypted

Stored encrypted at rest, never shared, deleted after delivery.

Destructive actions blocked

Delete, pay and format-style controls are mechanically blocked during exploration and recording.

Web apps only

If it runs in a browser — behind a login or not — WolfTutor can document it. Desktop-only software isn’t supported.

06 Questions people ask

How many videos will my app need?

On average about thirty, but the honest answer is: the analysis tells us. The engine surveys your app first and proposes the full list — you approve it before anything is recorded, and you pay per video.

What counts as a revision?

Narration and wording changes are re-renders from the stored script — quick and painless. Structural changes (new scenes, a different feature) count as a new video.

What about when my UI changes?

That’s the point of the storyboard: the recording is replayable, so updating the library after a redesign costs a fraction of the original — not a from-scratch re-shoot.

Whose voice is on the videos?

A neural narrator — British or American English, your choice. Captions are burned in for sound-off viewing, and the transcript ships alongside.

Who’s behind this?

Wolf Software Systems Ltd — a UK software company. We built WolfTutor to document our own products (WolfStack, GarageMasterOnline) and now run it as a service.

Nobody reads the manual.
They watch the video.
